Customer Requirement
Robot replaces human labor to complete 11 kinds of automatic painting of brake discs;
Outer diameter of workpiece is 243-330mm; wherein, 3 kinds of double-face painting and 8 kinds of single-face painting.
Troubleshooting
One table of RB08 robot uses side-mounted installation, matches with the corresponding painting system and circular transportation line to carry out the automatic painting;
The robot sprays two workpieces at the same time, which can be greatly improved the painting efficiency.
