GSK15L Robot Applies to the Automatic Production Line of Motorcycle’s engine cabinet
Customer Requirement
- Robot replaces the manual to perform the chip-blowing, loading/unloading of the left and right cabinets；
- The left cabinet can be completed 5 processes and the right one can be finished 4.
Troubleshooting
- There are 3 separated processing units: left, right and the middle；
- Three tables of RB15L transportation robots are captured the workpiece from conveyer belt to perform the chip-blowing of the workpiece and loading or unloading of machining center.
Application Effect
- The robot can be replaces the manual for operating 24hours and completing the tasks stably；
- Reduce the numbers of manual and shorten the labor intensity.
