Customer Requirement

• Straight gear and helical gear should be programmed automatically. 
• Dual-workpiece can be consecutively processed. 
• The workpiece machining interruption and power-off can be memorized after the power is turned on again. 

• Using 218MC-V system to develop this function on the version of V1.5. 
• Add the customized interface
• Straight gear and helical gear machining, macro program compilation of machining interruption and power-off memory. 

• Dedicated interface is simple and convenient of which the machining program can be automatically produced as long as filling the relevant variables. 
• If the interruption and power-off occurs during the processing, it can be returned to the current tool path beginning coordinate to continue the machining. 
• Two same gears can be consecutively processed to improve the production efficiency.
