Customer Requirement

• Using the industry robot to configure the corresponding devices that replaces the manual to complete the product procedure of directional palletizing of different products. 

Troubleshooting

• One table of RMD50 palletizing robot matches with the vacuum suction device to capture the workpiece from the oblique dynamic roller line. The products will be automatically palletized based upon the requirements of user’s stacking type and the facing outside product’s code. 
• To prevent the workpiece from dropping, place one piece of plastic clapboard between two layers. 
• It uses the vacuum device and the compatible is well and the operation is stable, high efficiency and convenient.

Application Effect

• The robots replaces of manual that can be randomly operated for 24 hours and stably to complete the working tasks. 
• Cut down the labors and reduce the labor intensity.
