Customer Requirement

• Design the customized interface of grinding screw the parameters such as the grinding screw rod, processing technology and trimming grinding, etc. can be displayed by the customized interface. 
• Carry out the divided processes, for example: screw dimension, straight screw, variable screw and cone screw, etc.

Troubleshooting

• There are 6 feed axes that matches with the dual-channel; channel 1 matches with 4 feed axes grinding screw workpiece; channel 2 matches with 2 feed axes dedicated grinding wheel; 
• Design the customized interface based upon the relevant data from users, which can be saved or loaded the optimized machining parameters; 
• The compiled macro program does correspond with the variable of customized interface, and different dimensions and shapes can be processed by different parameters based upon altering the customized interface. 

Application Effect

• It can be improved the machining efficiency of the screw;
• It is convenient to operate instead of programming by user, as long as a few of machining parameters should be altered on the customized interface.
