Customer Requirement:

• Common milling machine changes into CNC milling machine and add the automatic tool-change of tool-magazine; 
• The processing length of the long axis workpiece is 2300mm, and the stroke of the original machine is only 1600mm;
• Excircle milling slot, drilling, tapping, carving and index even machining.  

• X/Y/Z modifies the roller screw feeding institution; 
• Connect with the long worktable and guiding, and the stroke along with the X axis adds to 2300mm;
• Dismantle the original spindle cabinet and redesign the spindle cabinet and change the spindle; 
• Mount disk-tool-magazine, CNC turntable and tailstock;
• Mount the electric spindle at the outside of the spindle cabinet and high speed carving and milling scale;
• Configure with GSK218 CNC system.

• Settling for the automatic tool-change, workpiece index and high speed carving and milling processing; 
• Lengthening the X axis stroke to replace the processing of big machine tool and greatly save the cost of the equipments.
