Machining Requirements：

• Using the machine tool that with low speed, big torque and well rigid to process the endless screw; 
• Without the tool-vibration, noisy when processing the workpiece, and its surface is smooth; 
• The machining efficiency should be higher 15% than the common machine tool.

Troubleshooting: 

• The endless screw can be performed based upon the requirements of the drawing; it owns the characters such as the strong cutting and wide pitch of the endless screw; as well, it uses the CAK5085 manual three-shift servo machine tool made by Shenyang factory, and its torque is wide when processing at the low shift;
• Using the big screw cutter based upon the pitch of the endless screw can be satisfied to the demands of the cutting endless screw; 
• Fixture method uses the method that once clamping and injecting that can be settled for the big torque transmission of workpiece and kept its stability; 
• Using the molding tool to directly cut based upon the characters such as the strong rigid and big torque etc. of the machine tool.

Application Effect

• The machining time of the single workpiece of the common equipment is 150 minutes, however, it is only takes 78 minutes by using the three-shift of CAK5085 machine tool made by Shenyang factory; it’s machining time is shortened and satisfied to the customer’s requirements;
• The fixture is used the once clamping and injecting; it can be kept the stability and without vibrating when the workpiece is transformed with big torque; 
• There is no abnormal noisy, vibration and well smooth on the surface when processing and it is settled for the customer’s requirements.
