Application Effect
- To process various polygons at the outer circle of the column workpiece;
- To complete the cutting of outer circle and polygon machining of the same machine tool and improve the working efficiency.
- Oblique machine tool configures with the servo spindle that uses on the workpiece position; as well configure with the servo dynamic head or dedicated flying cutter-head (The processing effect can be improved configuring with the dedicated flying cutter-head).
- The spindle and other dynamic heads are used the high precision encoder, because the spindle should be synchronic with the dynamic head.
Application Effect
- The processing state is controlled by tool grain number of the cutter-head and system program, which can be flexibly, processed various polygons.
- The integrated of the turning and milling can be completed the fixture and processing once to improve the efficiency.
