Customer Requirement: 

• The processing material should be 40Cr motor shaft core. 
• The shaft core after processed should be installed on motor of the spindle, so that its speed is stable, and the beating is slight, and the noisy is lower. 

Troubleshooting:

• Using the Shenyang CHK52 and the Baoji CK50S CNC turning machines to configure with the GSK 988T system; make the clamping workpiece project and processing technology based upon the components from customers. 
• Customer configures the tools by themselves. ``
• The dimension accuracy of each procedure will be controlled in 0.01mm after debugging and processing, which reaches to the product’s requirement. 
• The multiple procedures can be consecutively operated the normal batch production.
• After the processed components are assembled as finished-product that reaches to the all desired indexes of the operation of electric spindle. 

Processing Effect:

• The shaft core suitable for the requirement of the drawing.
• The motor reaches to the customer’s requirement after assembling.
