Customer Requirement

• When the Dalian 6180X1500 common turning machine is changed into the dedicated CNC machine after configuring with the GSK980TDi system, and then carried out the linear exhaust-groove of the index carve on the hub mold.

Troubleshooting

• Plan a transformation project based upon the component machining technology of the customers. 
• The spindle mounts a servo motor drive that changes the synchronic wheel and belt to drive the spindle index rotation, adds a decelerator to achieve the inertia index position precision, and adds the tray-brake function (the mold dimension and weight ratio are bigger). 
• Install a carving milling head on the X axis pallet.
• It can be consecutively operated the normal batch production. 

Processing Effect

• It satisfies the product requirements of index carve processing of customer, and greatly reduced the equipment cost of clients.
