Customer Requirement:

• To use the Baoji VMC850L matching with GSK218MC-H system that processes the relevant components of gear-box. 

Troubleshooting:

• To make the corresponding fixture and machining technology based upon the customer’s components;
• To select the stronger tool and wearable cutter blade.
• The aperture of Ф55 females and Ф35 females of each workpiece, its tolerance should be within 0.01~0.02mm of the processing accuracy and reach to the precision demand of the diagram.
• Multiple components clamping, normal processing and batch production. 

Processing Effect:

• The accuracy of the processed components is controlled within 0.01-0.02mm. 
• The corresponding components of each part and the products after installing during assembling can be reached to the integrated using effect.
