Customer Requirement

• It should be carried out the five-axis five-linkage and 8-axis 8-linkage.
• It should be achieved to process the tool with round hand, for example, the integrated milling tool, IT, cutter, wood tool, medical tool, boing crown and reamer. 
• To achieve the acceptable precision of automatic loading/unloading and detection tools. 

Troubleshooting:

• The function development can be performed based upon the version of V1.5HJ by using the 218MC-V. 
• Add the customized tool grinding interface for Wuhu machine tool factory, and it is convenient to input each processing parameter. 
• Add the tool detection interface, and it is convenient to measure the tool geometry shape by the customer.
• Add the milling capacity detection interface of grinding wheel, it can be modified to the on-line grinding parameter, tool parameter and grinding technology; and it is simply and suitable for the user’s habits. 

Application Effect:

• Up to now, the demand quality of the system is about 70 sets yearly. 
• Input the machining parameter to produce its program, save the time manual edit time on the panel of system, shorten the effective time of workpiece production and improve the production efficiency. 
• The dedicated interface is simple and convenient, which can be automatically produced the machining program only the customer inputs to the corresponding variables. 
• It can be carried out the various grinding machining of the round-handle tools and the diversification of processing products.
