Customer Requirement:

• In the combination machine tools of the turning and milling, the processing of eccentric shaft flat position can be performed by using the polar coordinate interpolation function, and the machining surface should be flat. 

Trouble shooting:

• Correct tool-setting: It should be precise during the axis is halved (that is, the milling center should be on the same horizontal line with the workpiece center). 
• It should be add the tool radius of the tool path. 【The adopted milling cutter is bigger due to the diameter of the workpiece is smaller (Φ16 mm); too much of the empty cutters when the program is performed if the cutter C compensation is used in the program. The tool radius value (8mm) is then can be added in the coordinate value of the program.】. The corresponding processing conditions are shown below:
