GSK 980MDc CNC System Applies on the Woodworking Machinery of Jiangxi Mechanical Factory
Customer Requirements:
- To carry out the different rabbet machining by 4 rotation axes at both sides, 6 feed axes based upon the processing requirements of the rabbet-head.
- It can be achieved the different rabbets such as the square, round and ladder to process.
Troubleshooting:
- Totally there are ten axes of the machine tool. Wherein, 4 are rotation axes and 6 linear axes.
- GSK980MDc selects the types of rabbets and to perform the processing and chamfering by controlling 4 rotation axes.
- To carry out the different processes of long/short wood by adjusting the feeding machine left or right.
Application Effects:
- It can be improved the processing effect of rabbet type and achieved the continuous operations such as the loading, feeding, processing, chamfering and rating.
- Different treatments of rabbet type can be performed at both side of the workpiece, man-machine operation interface, and user does not need to edit the program, instead of inputting the workpiece data.
