GSK 988TR CNC System Applies on the Truss of Anhui Company
Customer Requirement:
- To carry out the automatic loading and feeding of production line and process the components of compressor of various shapes and dimensions.
Troubleshooting:
- Each workpiece composes of production line by 4 pieces of 988TR to complete a processing of workpiece based upon the loading/feeding of truss according to the machining requirement of components.
- After the processing numbers are reached based upon the setting of each production line; there are alarms at outside to prompt the inspector to check and it can be normally produced after conforming by operators.
- Each tool is set the life span by the using its life function; and it prompts to change the tool after reaching.
- There are 16 production lines in the 4th floor and 12 in the 3rd floor; totally, there are 112 pieces of 988TR systems for consecutive working for 24 hours.
Application Effect:
- It is mainly used to different components machining of compressor, reduce the operators possibly, fully used the automatic loading/feeding material of truss; and it composes of the automatic production line almost and suitable for different components processing of various compressors, and greatly reduce the machining cost and enhance the machining efficiency.
