Customer Requirement:

• Support the eight-axis five-linkage RTCP function; 
• 3+2 Positioning machining function;
• Self-adapted feed technology of sample B curve tool path. 

Troubleshooting:

• It owns five-axis RTCP function, which can be supported the processing of the complicated components. 
• It owns the dedicated 3+2 functional command of positioning machining. 
• Sample B curve can be performed the effective filtration, smooth treatment, improved the machining efficiency and enhanced the fineness of the surface. 
• It is used the full-closed loop, which matches with the Hidhan’s grating ruler. 

Application Effect:

• It takes 7 minutes and 22 seconds of the machining time on this part, and its total machining time is 86 minutes, which is improved about 27% than the original one. 
• The fineness on the surface is greatly improved as well, and it can be absolutely met the customer’s requirements.
