Customer Requirements: 

• Using the dedicated machine tools and systems are configured with the machining (Baojia V6C matches with the GSK25i system); 
• To try machining the customer’s components based upon the drawing and workpiece raw-material of the customers; 
• The machining time of each workpiece that confirms with the processing requirements should be controlled within three minutes; 
• Provide the desired tools during the processing, such as the clamping chucks and the list of tool handle types; it is convenient to the customer for purchasing. 

• The workpiece is designed as the four-axis and one clamping-one injecting and clamping side by side with single-row based upon the customer’s component appearance and the desired machining component. 
• Using the dedicated tool, and design the trial of the machining technology in the analogy software to guarantee the efficiency. 

• Column component, 100% override machining, the machining circular time for one piece is 2 minutes and 20 seconds. It is not convenient for the customer to remove the burrs by hand due to the tool wear, big burr after the small batch is produced; and it is agree that adding the tool fine-milling to reduce the burrs. When the customer sends the raw material and then machines for 20 pieces, the burrs can be removed only need using the abrasive paper; and the customer satisfies this effect.
• Handle component, 100% override machining; the 10 pieces of the machining circular time is 3 minutes and 26 seconds and the single one is 20.6 seconds.
