Customer Requirement: 

• Using the VMC640L machine tool to match with GSK 25iM CNC system and process the compressor and end enclosure of vehicle air-conditioner. 
• The integrated settle project is that the machine tool can be performed as long as it is delivered to the factory. 
• The inspection is qualified based upon the dimension of the drawing. 

Troubleshooting: 

• Confirm the clamping workpiece project based upon the customer’s components, and make a machining fixture and processing technology strategy;
• It is recommended and used the reliable processing tools;
• Optimize the processing cutting path and improve the cutting efficiency. 

Processing effect: 

• Adjust and process each procedure, and the precision of the machining dimension is controlled within 0.01mm, which conforms to the requirement of the tolerance of the drawing. 
• The processing efficiency is higher and met the project demands of the production by using the molding tool. 
• Consecutive multi-procedure machining in batch, stable production beat.
