Customer Requirement:

• The original machine tool CNC system is aged and faulted; the roller screw, screw bearing and linear leading are worn; the precision of spindle is poor; the position of the tool-change of tool-magazine does not accurate and the tool-chuck is also damaged; the flatness of exchanging the worktable surface is poor; the lubricant, cooling and pneumatic system pipes are aged.
• It is necessary to change the configured CNC system, recover the machine tool precision and change the aged components. 

Troubleshooting:

• It is adapted with GSK25i CNC system to perform the transformation which configures with servo motor and servo drive. 
• Change the linear leading, roller screw and screw bearing; the roller screw can be performed by the GSK’s servo motor; reduce the interval of driving chain by using the method of straight connection. 
• Overhaul the spindle and change its bearing, and guarantee the precision and revolving speed of the spindle. 
• Overhaul the tool-magazine, slightly adjust the tool-magazine to close the position of the detection switch and accept the feedback signal; the reliable tool-selection, the accurate positioning, and each station can be normally perform the tool-change; compile the T drawing again, and the cutter-head can be performed with CW or CCW, which can be changed the tools nearby; so that it saves the time and changes the corresponding damaged tool-case. 
• Scrap the worktable again: the worktable will be scrapped again, which is operated by the qualified operators in our company, and guaranteed the flatness of the worktable, so that the precision of the machining workpiece can be held. 
• Inspect the lubricant, cooling, pneumatic system etc., and change aged components. 
• Design the electric schematic diagram of the machine tool again, change the electric control and electric components and wiring again.

• Recover the precision of machine tool and overall usage functions, and stably operate. 
• It can be satisfied with the component requirements from customers.
