Customer Requirement: 

• Using the VMC640LH and GSK25i CNC system to improve the problems; for example: poor surface of component machining, low processing efficiency and easily wear of tool. 

• Optimize the workpiece and fixture; 
• Optimize the processing technology;
• Using the layout type to perform the milling, and combine the GSK system with its high speed and high precision functions; that is, adopting the machining method of small cutting wide and wide cutting depth to improve the machining efficiency and machining quality and reduce the tool wear. 
• The fine-machining workpiece of components are optimized to avoid the interference problems of the fly-cutter and improve the surface smoothness of components and effectively enhance the wearing of milling cutter. 

After the machining technology is optimized. 

• The efficiency of processing technology improves 50% after optimizing. 
• Reduce and decrease the wearing of the tool
• The smoothness of the processing surface is obviously improved.
