GSK RB06L Robot Applies on Plastic Loading from Dongguan Company
Customer Requirement:
- Robot replaces labor force, which can be completed the technology procedure such as the plastic loading, cooling and palletizing placement.
- Workpiece: Weight: 50g; Specification: 200*140*60mm
- One piece of RB06L transportation robot uses the sucker to complete the loading, cooling and palletizing.
- It is performed the unloading by using the palletizing mode based upon the workpiece’s characters, fully use the space and reduce the frequency of taking the finished products by hand .
- The workpiece should be used the sleeve die to prevent that the workpiece is cold and or deformed. The high repeated positioning accuracy of robot is satisfied with the usage requirement.
- Clamping two workpieces once; and closely cooperate the injection molding and cooling beat.
- The manipulator space of the robot is higher for the palletizing operation; the big space of 2000mm of the robot meets the requirement.
