Customer Requirement:

• Customer provides the mechanical components to the injection molding machine factory from South China; occasionally, it processes the plastic mold in the plastic injection department for their own factory. It is required at least 10 hours operations for the machine tool, and up to 20 hours at lowest for the busy season. Accordingly, it is required that the machine tool should be owned good stability; simultaneously, its precision reaches to the same type’s machining center such as the Mitsubishi and FANUC.

Troubleshooting:

• The customer owns the whole and completed machining technologies, and we should provide the reliable projects of machine tool and technology supports and after-sale services. We have offered that the VMC850E matches with the GSK25i CNC system. The processing whatever the components or the mold, which can be guaranteed the procession within 0.02mm after comparing with the on-site and repeated debugging in technology, and therefore it can be satisfied with the requirements of the customers. 

Application Effect:

• The machining precision is well configuring the VMC850E with the GSK25i CNC system after using more than one year. The effect of the mold processing is better that the machine tool matches with the FANUC system than two years before. And the stability of the machine tool is well, also; so it is better to complete the requirements of customers.
