Customer Requirement:

• Both section-fracture processing of milling connecting rod, plane at both sides of milling, drilling and tapping thread should be clamped machining once. 

Troubleshooting: 

• Select that the VMC850L matches with GSK25i CNC system vertical machining center based upon the customer’s components. 
• Select the four-axis worktable to match with the manual tailstock and manual chuck. 
• Make a detailed machining project and guarantee the processed quality of the components. 
• Multi-procedure can be consecutively performed the normal production in batch. 

Processing Effect: 

• It can be solved the demands of the milling machining and drilling machining with four surfaces for customers based upon the projects. Multiple basement surfaces can be completed the clamping once; it can be guarantee the processing accuracy of the components and improve the production efficiency.
