Customer Requirement: 

• Stable precision on the surface of product.
• Aperture distance of the hole-drilling should be less than 0.001mm. 
• To improve the machining efficiency.

Troubleshooting: 

• VMC850C from Yunan matches with the GSK25i system from GSK. 
• To customize the workpiece fixture and use the position coordinate machining of each coordinate.
• Adjust each of geometry precision of machine tool.
• To use the rough or fine machining procedure to reach to the customer's requirements.

Processing Effect: 

• It uses the high velocity and precision functions of GSK system, and the basis accuracy of the aperture distance of drilling can be controlled within 0.01mm; its surface precision can be reached to the customer’s requirements as well. 
• Improve the processing efficiency of workpiece and save the machining time for customers, satisfy to the customer’s requirements therefore; at present, there are 12 pieces of machines are used.
