Customer requirement: 

• To process the main body of the faucet by Using VMC850L machining center to match with GSK 25i/GH system, and it is recommended to use the 4th axis achieving the fixture machining of dual-workpiece. 

Troubleshooting: 

• Install the 4th axis rotary table to equip with the machining project of bridge plate hydraulic clamping based upon the customer’s components. 
• It is recommended and used the reliable processing tool and fixture. 
• The operation of multiple workpiece consecutive processing can be normally performed, which can be produced in batch. 
• The component detection after processed can be satisfied to the customer’s requirements.

• The machining efficiency is satisfied with the customer’s requirements.
