Customer Requirement:

• To process the thread procedure of stainless steel water-pumping body by using the existing C6150 dual-mountain-path vertical turning machine from customer to match with the GSK 980TDb system CNC turning machine 

Troubleshooting:

• It is recommended to install the hydraulic chuck and designed the workpiece fixture based upon the components from customers. 
• It is recommended and used the reliable machining tools. 
• The dimension accuracy of each procedure is stable at 0.01mm after debugging and it is suitable for the design requirements. 
• The multi-procedure can be continuously performed the normal production in batch. 
• The components after produced and processed can be assembled with other components that can be satisfied with the customer’s requirements. 

Processing Effect: 

• To process the pump body and its dimension accuracy of end-cover is controlled within 0.01mm, which can be satisfied with the customer’s requirements.
