Customer Requirement: 

• To process the SR20mm ball by using the VMC850B machine tool to match with GSK 218MC-H system.
• There is no vibration during processing; the wave is clear on the surface of workpiece, and it can be satisfied with the processing requirements of common mould. 

Troubleshooting: 

• Clamping method: Use the vise to clamp
• Machine tool requirement: the level deviation of machine tool should be less than or equals to ≤0.02mm, and rigid of the spindle is strong.
• Use the excellent SR4 ball cutter to perform the fine-machining, spindle speed S6500, feed F800 and cutting depth ap0.1. 

Machining Effect: 

• There is no vibration wave of the workpiece machining on the curved surface, the over-quadrant is very small after the machine tool is debugged;
•  the integrated wave is clear that can be satisfied to the machining requirements of common hardware moulds.
