Customer Requirement: 

• Using the CY-VMC850C machine tool made by Yunnan machine tool factory to match with the GSK 25iMb CNC system machining center and process the copper valve body; improve the machining efficiency and automation degree, reduce the machining station and enhance the processing accuracy. 

Troubleshooting: 

• Select the configuration (install the five-axis revolving table) of machine tool based upon the customer’s components, and make a clamping workpiece project and processing technology; 
• Recommend and use the reliable machining tools;
• After debugging each process, its machining dimension and precision is stabilized in 0.01mm and suitable for the design requirements as well; 
• Multi-process can be consecutively performed and normally produced in batch; 
• The components after processed are assembled with other components, which can be satisfied with the customer’s requirements. 

Processing Effect:

• The machining effect is greatly improved after the machine tool is installed the five-axis revolving table, and the automation is increased therefore; one station can be reached to the three stations of original technology and its processing accuracy is effectively improved.
