Customer Requirement: 

• Using the M-V85a to match with the GSK25i system, and process the sample based upon the requirements. 
• To process 10 pieces for the samples based upon the drawings of customers (Each five pieces of bilateral symmetry (both left and right)). 
• Machining requirement: inner diameter: 47 0/+0.074; thread: 2-M10x1.5.

Troubleshooting: 

• The processing components from customers are bent welding steel material, and its tolerance of distortion and appearance dimension is big. To draw a figure file, formulate a processing strategy and handle the machining program. 
• To clamp the components by vice. The standard vertical milling tool is performed the inner aperture with the rough-machining and fine-machining, sharp-edge chamfering, fixed point, punching and rigid tapping machining M10 thread. 
• The clamping method divides into the left, right and debugging, which processes five pieces of each one. 

Processing Effect: 

• The machining dimension is conformed to the diameter (47 0/+0.074) requirement of drawing; measure the inner aperture of multiple points by using the internal diameter lever dialgauge, which are the dimensions (47.03-47.04); and M10 thread is smooth without burrs.  
• The samples of machining are absolutely satisfied with the customer’s requirements. 
• The integrated machining time is 5 minutes by using the standard vertical milling cutter method, and the customers are satisfied with the machining efficiency. It is recommended that the customer uses the 66U drill to perform the rough-machining, and its efficiency time can be shortened within 3 minutes.
