Customer Requirement:

• To machine the cast iron wheel by using the Shenyang V6i machine tool to match with GSK 988TA system.
• There is no vibration during processing; big torque of spindle, good rigid of machine tool and its roughness is less than Ra6.3.
• To process it based upon the dimension of drawing and the detection is qualified.

Troubleshooting:

• Clamping method: The testing, for example, the machine tool rigid and the spindle torque are temporarily performed the clamping by using 5 press blocks, due to the temporary samples.
• Requirement of machine tool: Big torque of spindle; strong rigid of machine tool.

Machining Effect:

• There is no vibration wave of the arc groove machining, and the joint of arc is smooth; the roughness is less than Ra6.3, which is suitable for the customer’s requirements.
