Customer Requirement: 

• To machine the big diameter 280 arc groove by using the HTC3650 machine tool to match with GSK 988TA system.
• The wave on the surface of workpiece is clear, good smoothness; arc profile tolerance is within 0.003mm.
• It is important that the detection should be qualified at the arc profile tolerance based upon the machining drawings. 
• The original machining technology of line-cutting molding tool used by customers should be replaced. 

Troubleshooting: 

• Clamping method: 200 for the internal-stay end-face.
• Machine tool requirement: The level deviation of machine tool is less than or equals to 0.02mm, and the rigid of spindle is strong. 
• To perform the fine-turning for arc appearance by using the R1 arc tool. 

Machining Effect: 

• There is no vibration wave by machining the external circle of the workpiece, and the integrated wave is clear without mess wave. 
• The dimension of drawings are satisfied with the customer¡¯s requirements, which can be replaced the original machining.
