Customer Requirement: 

• The existing big turning machines are common machine tools, and its machining efficiency is low and should be replaced by the CNC turning machine tools.  
• The old machine transformation is one-third of the price of buying a new one comparison the new CNC new machine. 
• To complete the CNC transformation of the existing equipments in factory step by step and improve the production efficiency. 

Transformation Project:

• To paste the plastic and shovel scraping of the grinding leading of machine tool, and recover the geometry accuracy. 
• Alter the X/Z axis into the feed institution of roller screw. 
• Install the four-station electric tool-post.
• Installing the hydraulic electromagnetic valve to control the positive or negative rotation of spindle and brake. 
• Redesign and install the defense of integrated machine tool
• To equip with the GSK980TDi CNC system. 

Application Effect: 

• The machine tool reaches to the precision inspection standard of new machine after transforming, which satisfies to the processing requirements of the components. 
• It is reduced the difficulty of operation and improved the production efficiency by using the CNC programming processing. 
• One operator can perform several machine tools, which reduced the production cost and improved the yield of production.
