Customer Requirement: 

• Robot replaces the labor to sort the glass tubes, which carries out the automated stable production of sorting by the to-and-fro and rapidly transportation. 
• The robot captures the glass tubes from the transportation line, and then put it into the shaping cutting machine. 
• Productive speed: 0.8 second/piece, consecutive production for 24 hours; 

Troubleshooting: 

• The technology procedures of neon tubes, such as the automatic side-shearing, sorting and loading high temperature molding manufacturing, can be performed by using one table of RB20 transportation robot, which equips with the tubing transportation line, one table of sorting positioning equipment and one table of loading conveyor. 
• The manipulator of the robot adopts the flexible design, which can be adjusted the clamping force and position by self-adaption for the tube diameter sizes with different productions; and then it can be compatible the capture with 20-30 lamps loading production once of all workpiece. 
• The designs of sorting position equipment are provided with the functions, such as the automatic sorting lamp-tube, shaping-position and sequencing to prevent the abnormal appearance, for example the tube-clip-broken and the dropping. 

Application Effect: 

• The robot replaces the manual, which can be consecutively operated for 24 hours to complete the working tasks stably. 
• The glass manufacture is a dangerous industry, especially in the high temperature and high efficiency product, glass pieces and dust, etc., which will affected with the operation surroundings and the health of the workers; and it can be avoided various accidents as the above-mentioned by using the robot, and the production efficiency can be improved as well.
