Customer Requirement:

• The robot replaces to the manual that can be completed the three tables of 63 tons workpiece transportation and loading/unloading between the punching and loading/unloading machines.
• Several of the product’s type and less of the single production in batch; the universal property of fixture of the robot is strong and it is necessary to carry out the loading/unloading capture of different products.
• The machining time of dedicated production machine is 6 seconds; and its capacity of the production line is 350pieces/hour.

• 3 tables of RMD08 transportation robots, and 3 sets of flexible capture is equipped with 63tons punching machine and loading/unloading material bar to complete the loading of raw-material, transportation of production workpiece and unloading of finished-product.
• The capture of robot adopts the compatible flexible design, and then adjusts the position of each sucker, which can be achieved the overall workpiece that absorbs the loading/unloading production.

• Adopt the compatible flexible manipulator design, and it solves the problems of that the product with the same production line of several types and small batch production based upon the less cost.
• The robot operation and punching is closely cooperated, and the work is stable, which is greatly improved the production efficiency and reduced the production cost.
