Customer Requirement:

• The robot replaces to the manual, which can be completed the aluminum die-casting filter polishing, loading/unloading machine and workpiece transportation.
• The integrated workpiece of 120S are polished and guaranteed the cleaning of the overall flash grooves and burrs around the workpiece after polishing.

Troubleshooting:

• Using the dual-station design to solve the problem of compact production beat.
• Use one table of RB20 robot to transfer the loading/unloading and two tables of RB20 robots performing the polishing of workpiece; perform the transfer by designing the changing-over equipment, which can be completed the polishing operation on the positive and negative sides of three robots.
• Design the multiple purposes robot polishing tools and satisfy the polishing tasks of workpiece at different positions.

Application Effect:

• The automatic operations, for example: loading, unloading and polishing burring of the robot can be performed matching three robots.
• It saves the labor force and greatly improved the surroundings and labor intensities of the manual operations.
• It is reclaimed the application of polishing and burring on aluminum die-casting shell of the robot and it is widely used. In the polishing and burring industry, the robot replaces the manual that is the general trend of both in improving the efficiency and reducing the cost in the productive application and in the demand of upgrading of production quality.
