Customer Requirement:

• Incoming spare parts from customer, loading/unloading by manual. 
• The position of automation fixture clamps the workpiece, and the robot replaces the manual work to perform the welding.
• The seam of welding range of the whole workpiece is more than 95%, which can be normally performed the welding without interferences.
• The welding fixture should be suitable for two kinds of workpiece clamping.

Troubleshooting:

• Using two single-axis positioners to match with a project of welding working station of robot.
• Operators are performed the loading/unloading by hand.
• The fixture is performed the automatic clamping position workpiece; one table of RB20 welding robot is performed the welding of workpiece after clamping the position.
• Simultaneously, the operator can perform the loading/unloading at the other side and then cycle repeatedly.

Application Effect:

• Robot replaces with the artificial that can be guaranteed the consistency of the welding, and the welding effect is well.
• Using the automation fixture to clamp the workpiece can be guaranteed the position accuracy of each time is accordant. 
• The welding is a kind of danger industry, especially in welding arc light, mist powder and production in high temperature and high efficiency, and it is affected the operation environment of workers and health; the accidents can be avoided by using the robot and improved the production efficiency.
