Customer Requirement:

• The robot replaces the solder to perform welding, and disassembles the workpiece by hand, completes the welding for clamping once.
• The maximum width of workpiece is 400mm, the top length is 3000mm and the least width of thickness is 3mm.
• The workpiece should be alternatively welded based upon the diagonal, which can be reduced the deflection, and the plane degree of workpiece is +/-1mm.

Troubleshooting:

• This project is consisted of 2 tables of RH06 welding robot, 2 gun-cleaning and wire-cutting mechanism, 2 sets of welding workpiece, 2 tables of automatic welding power and 2 sets of automatic anti-impact welding gun, etc.
• This project uses 2 tables of robot to perform the welding simultaneously due to the workpiece is longer, which is arranged the two stations based upon the H-type.
• The cooling equipment of the water cycle is installed on the workpiece, because it is higher requirement of deflection quantity by the workpiece.
• The project is equipped with the gun-cleaning and wire-cutting mechanism, in order to guarantee the stability and continuity of welding. 

Application Effect:

• The layout of dual-station can be continuously welded for long time, and the welding quality is obviously improved.
• The fixture is carried out the clamping once for the workpiece; two tables of robots are diagonally welded, which can be effectively controlled the deformation value.
• Welding is a kind of high danger industry, the high temperature, arc light and welding most are harmful to the workers'health
• It is a general tread of that the welding robot is applied on the welding industry, which is both the driving of the market and the requirement of the technology upgrading.
