Customer Requirement:

• The robot replaces the solder to weld, which is disassembled the workpiece by hand, and completes the welding by clamping once.
• The maximum width is 1280mm, the top length is 2000mm, and the thickness of the wall is 1.2mm.
• The workpiece should be welded by diagonally alternative and positive and negative, and reduced the deformation value; the flatness of workpiece is +/-1mm.

Troubleshooting:

• This project is consisted of one RH06 welding robot, which is equipped with one group of grounding path, two single-axis positioner, one gun-cleaning wire-cutting mechanism, two sets of welding workpiece, one automatic welding power and one set of automatic anti-collision welding gun, etc.
• Because the workpiece is long and wide, so the project is used both the robot and the grounding path, and then the arm of the robot can be extended effectively.
• Because the workpiece should be welded diagonally alternative with positive or negative, so the project is used both the robot and the servo position to carry out the automatic clamping welding once.
• This project is equipped with the gun-cleaning and wire-cutting mechanism, in order to guarantee the stability and continuity of the welding.  

Application Effect:

• Dual-station layout can be continuously welded for long time, and its welding quality is obviously improved therefore.
• The positioner is carried out the workpiece clamping once and automatically performed the alternatively welding with positive or negative, and the deformation value can be gained the effective control therefore.
• The welding is a high danger industry, for example: the high temperature, arc light and welding moist are harmful to the health for the workers.
• It is general trend that the welding robot is applied in the welding industry, which is both the market driving and the requirement of technology upgrading.
