Customer Requirement:

• The robot replaces to the manual to complete the loading/unloading production of workpiece between the 63 tons of 5 punching machines and loading/unloading bars.
• The types of products are various and the production batch for single time does not various; the general capacity is strong of robot’s fixture and it is necessary to carry out the loading/unloading of production capture for different appearance.
• The dedicated processing time of production is 15 seconds; and the production capacity of assembly line is 200 pieces/hour.

Troubleshooting:

• Five tables of RB05 transportation robots, five sets of customized flexible grasps, one set of loading fixture and one set of unloading delivery line are equipped with five punching machine tools to completed the upper moulding, concave position, window molding, gap-cutting, unloading collection of gap molding.
• The grasp of robot is used the customized flexible design, which can be compatible with the enclosure capture, precise positioning of the overall kettles and guaranteed the continuous and stable produce of loading/unloading.
• The docking assembly line production of the forward and backward procedures can be carried out by using the automatic loading positioning mechanism and workpiece collection of belt line.
