Customer Requirement:

• It is connected with the current equipment for the Party A, which is achieved the automatic polishing and burring of the workpiece.
• The total time of loading/unloading, polishing and burring of workpiece is less than 85s.

Troubleshooting:

• To design a new automatic roller line; the robot is automatically cleaned the burring on the roller line and omitted the burring dedicated machine for cleaning the procedure.
• The incoming-material leading equipment of the automatic roller line design is corrected the consistence of workpiece incoming-material.
• The automatic roller conveyor line sets 3 block positioning equipments, which carries with the logic control to the matched inductive equipment and then divides the adhesive workpiece.
• Perform the burring cleaning workpiece 3 on the processing surface by using the big power speed-adjust motor and dedicated flexible plate brush to perform the machining surface burring clean for the workpiece 3, and the robot is performed the polishing program of the overall plane, and all burring will be effectively cleaned from the machining surface.

Application Effect:

• The polishing unit of the robot can be completed the burring cleaning task of one workpiece at the 57 seconds, and its effect of the burring cleaning of workpiece is well.
• It achieves the stable production for long time and greatly improved the production quality and increased the production capacity.
• It is solved the problems, such as the polishing work labors and heavy transportation operation of polishing procedures on the assembly line.
