Customer Requirement:

• It can be replaced of the manual to complete the surface polishing of aluminum medical apparatus components.
• The connection is smooth and flat after the aluminum product is polished on its surface.

Troubleshooting:

• One RB08 robot matches with a set of dedicated robot hand of loading polishing and achieves loading/unloading of raw-material and polishing.
• To set a set of loading disk of layout type, satisfy rough positioning of incoming material; the loading of raw-material is simple and convenient.
• To set a set of positioning equipment of revolving disk, match with the automatic rotation of robot and achieve the precision shifting of workpiece
• To set a set of mechanism of sand-paper-change and carry out the automatic abrasive-paper change function during the polishing of robot.

Application Effect:

• The material-capture/holding of robot is table and its polishing system is operated fluently.
• The robot is alternatively operated; its polishing operation is closely matched and its consistency of appearance is well.
