Customer Requirement: 

• This project should be compatible with the cleaning of peripheral burrs for several stainless steel products with thin wall.

Troubleshooting: 

• One RB08 robot matches with the dedicated loading bar and one electric abrasive polishing machine to achieve the precise positioning, capturing and polishing from different incoming raw-material. 
• To design a set of adjustment gear lever loading disk and satisfy rough-positioning from different incoming materials; and the raw-material loading is simple and convenient. 
• The central dust-proof tube is placed at the rear of abrasive polishing machine.  

Application Effect: 

• It is very convenient to change the machines of robot¡¯s loading/unloading system. 
• The robot is alternatively operated and its consistence of the appearance is well; the polishing operation is closely cooperated with the fluent operation.
