Customer Requirement:

• This project is completed the surface polishing of thin-wall stainless steel products.

Troubleshooting:

• One RB08 robot matches with the dedicated loading bar and the revolving manipulator to achieve the precise positioning, capturing and polishing of the incoming raw-material.
• To design a set of layout loading disk and satisfy the rough positioning of incoming material; the loading of raw-material is simple and convenient.
• The central dust-proof tube is placed at the rear of electric abrasive polishing machine.

Application Effect:

• It is very convenient to change the machine types for the loading/unloading of the robot.
• The robots can be alternatively operated and its consistence of the appearance is well; the polishing is closed matched with fluent operation.
