Automatic Palletizing Application of GSK RMD50 Robot on the Egg Rolls of Whole Carton from One Company
Customer Requirement:
- The robot replaces to the manual, which can be completed the production procedure of the automatic palletizing of cartons.
- Palletizing for 5 layers, its height is 1825mm, and the total height with the cardboard is 1975mm.
- 7-8 seconds can be performed one carton, the production capacity of the assembly line: 320 seconds/pile.
Troubleshooting:
- One GSK RMD50 palletizing robot, one customized flexible expansion manipulator, one set of loading transportation line and two sets of card leading positioning mechanism can be performed the production procedure of the cardboard positioning and the robot automatic palletizing, which is combined with the automatic incoming-material of the front block
- The manipulator of robot uses the customized flexible design and adds the flexible function to improve the working range towards to the height of robot.
- Using the roller cable to collect the material and position for the carton and achieving the conjunction assembly line of the front and back procedures.
Application Effect:
- The palletizing can be performed by robot, and its appearance is beautiful and stable; the automatic box-sealing and palletizing production line can improved the enterprise image.
- Greatly reduced the labor intensity and the cost of labor force.
