Customer Requirement:
- This project is completed the polishing of thin-walled stainless steel on its surface.
Troubleshooting:
- One RB08 robot matches with the dedicated loading bar, workpiece positioning rotation equipment and polishing disk tongs, which can be achieved the precise positioning of incoming material, capture and polishing.
- To design a set of adjustable gear loading disk and satisfy the rough positioning of different incoming material; the loading of raw material is simple and convenient.
