Customer Requirement:

• This project is aimed to that the components of Meituan bicycle hub replaces to the manual work, reduced the cost of labor force and achieved the continuous work of the machine for 24 hours.

Troubleshooting:

• This project is composed of two CNC turning machines, one 20kg robot and one material bin of loading/unloading.
• The workpiece should be processed with two sides, of which the machining time is longer, so the loading material bin can be put 12 hubs to process once.
• The detection equipment is installed on the CNC turning machine due to the nonstandard workpiece.

Application Effect:

• One person controls three processing production lines of CNC turning machine hubs, which achieves to reduce the labor force as well. 
• The machine carries out continuous work for 24 hours.
• It is achieved the processing automation.
