Customer Requirement:

• To achieve the automatic loading/unloading operations for various porcelain workpiece by robot, and the half automatic loading hung is completed cooperatively both human and machine.

Troubleshooting:

• One GSK RB210 robot can be equipped with the adjustable manipulator device, which can be captured the workpiece from the loading transportation line, and the put it on the porcelain machine to perform it; the workpiece is then can be taken out from porcelain machine and put it on the hanging area, and the loading on the hanging line can be performed by cooperating both human and machine.

Application Effect: 

• The troubles of various types and small batch productions can be solved by the less transformation cost based upon the method of changing product by human adjustment.
• It can be steadied the production with high efficiency and guaranteed the product’s quality.
