Application of GSK RB15L on Air Spring Punching Cable from Guangdong Company
Customer Requirement:
- To design the punching automatic production line of new workshop based upon the demander’s production punching technology and layout, including one production line for cover plate, one for sealing plate and one for iron basement.
- 32 covers, 9 sealing plates and 5 iron plates are carried out the compatibility on the production line.
Troubleshooting:
- It uses 11 pieces of RB15L robots composing of three production lines, which is equipped with the corresponding manipulator, punching device, oil-painting machine and transportation line.
- The product-change can be compatible with the manual adjustment and manipulator distance.
Application Effect:
- The robot carries out the consecutive work for long time and reduced the cost of labor force.
- Adjusting the manipulator distance of robot can be compatible the production with different products.
