GSK RB08 Robot Applies on Valve Body Loading/Unloading from Guangzhou Company

Customer Requirement:
- The robot is taken replace of the manual operation to perform the loading/unloading.
- The more storage volume of the loading/unloading is, the lower of the cost is.
- Send out one workpiece as a sample based upon processing each 15 pieces of workpiece.
Troubleshooting:
- The loading warehouse is used methods, for example: the big plane structure, placed by hand and the automatic offset grasp by manipulator;
- and it is lower cost as well.
- The pin-hole on the workpiece is detected by laser sensor to distinguish the directions of workpiece.
- The manipulator is automatically palletized for unloading, and it takes the timely collected method by hand.
- To set the inspection table above the loading bin, and put the detected workpiece on it.
Application Effect:
- The manipulator replaces the manual, which can be stable to continuously operate and avoid that the operators are working on the serious dust ambient for long time.
- It can be distinguished the wrong workpiece of the loading position and avoided that the manual mistake causing the fixture of machine tool is damaged.
- The cost is lower, which can be recovered the cost within one and half years.
