GSK RB20 Robot Applies on Foam Carving of Guangzhou Company
Customer Requirement:
- The robot is replaced the manual work and completed the carving technology of foam.
- It uses the off-line programming technology and automatically produced the carving path, which can be completed the appearance carving of completed products.
Troubleshooting:
- One RB20 transportation robot is equipped with the electric spindle, single-axis positioner and off-line programming software, which is completed the carving tasks of the complicated workpiece.
- To select the robot with less loading, and effectively reduced the integrated cost based upon the characters of the materials, up to 1000*600*1220mm for the carving workpiece.
Application Effect:
- The quality of carving finished-product is stable and with high consistency, which is greatly reduced the working intensity of labor force.
